Charging the iPhone 5C with a Beats Pill XL using an Apple cable

Instructions showing powering the iPhone 5C with a Beats Pill XL using the Apple Lightning cable.

1. In order to charge the iPhone 5C from a Beats Pill XL you'll need a USB to Apple Lightning cable ^[4].
2. Plug the large USB end of the USB to Apple Lightning cable into the Beats Pill XL. Turn the Bluetooth speaker so the back is facing you. Uncover the USB port by pulling and rotating the rubber cover which is found to the left of the 'beats pill xl' logo. The USB port is found next to the hinge of the rubber cover.
3. Connect the other end of the USB to Apple Lightning cable into the Lightning connector on the iPhone 5C. You can find the Lightning connector on the iPhone 5C situated at the bottom of the iPhone 5C.
4. Turn on the Beats Pill XL and the iPhone 5C will start to charge.
5. Find out how much battery power is remaining by tapping the power button and looking at the Fuel Gauge, when all 5 lights are lit then your Pill XL is fully charged. The Beats Pill XL has around 15 hours of battery life on a full charge however this may be shorter depending on the device which you are charging. 6. The battery icon that you'll find in the top right hand corner of your cellphone will display a charge icon to indicate that the iPhone 5C is powering up and takes around one to four hours to completely recharge to full capacity. [AD]
